Hello! My name is João Pedro.

I’m a product designer from Brazil. Over the years I’ve worked alongside startups and agencies, designing products that ship, scale and hold up when money is involved.

Right now I’m co-founder at IDX, rebuilding how Brazil sells real estate. Before that I was the first designer at Genezys, a tokenized investment platform later acquired by Fictor Group, where I took the product from the first flows to a platform that traded R$ 500M. Along the way I’ve designed for Solana, Singu, Tron, and Snack Prompt.

I believe that design is a form of political act, not just an artistic expression. What you create, who you create for, and whom you leave out always serve specific interests and produce real effects on people's lives and on society. That is why I try to leave experiences and sensations a little better than I found them.

Outside of work, I enjoy topics related to art, history and geopolitics, reading about science, and listening to music while cooking.
